Shipping/Delivery

We currently ship orders Monday-Friday and this will be within 1-3 working days of the order being placed. We endeavour to ship your order as promptly as we can, as we understand you will be excited to receive it!

All postage costs are calculated based on the total weight of the products you have ordered, unless qualifying for free delivery.

The majority of orders will be shipped via ©Hermes, as we have found they provide the most efficient and cost effective service. They will deliver your order within 2-3 working days. For smaller/lighter parcels, ©Royal Mail may be used.

We use a wide range of boxes, bubblewrap, paper, air pockets, pellets etc. to protect your package during transit. In addition to this, we recycle boxes and packaging received from our suppliers as this not only helps reduce waste, but also ensures we can keep shipping and packaging costs as low as possible for you.
